To conform with local planning requirements the envelope is completely supplied in rusticated ashlar and pitched face natural stonework, also with a projecting high level cornice course running around the footprint of the building.
Exescodo Design Ltd produced all of the stonework working drawings and individual stone component cutting schedules.

The ground floor and the tower stonework are supplied as smooth face 295mm high coursing ashlar blocks with a top bed horizontal rustication. The rustications are scheduled to return and to stop at the quoined external corners and the window frame reveals.
The remainder of the walling stonework is supplied as 140mm high pitched face ashlar block, again with stopped returns for the facework at the window frame reveals.
